The African Chicken Stew

Hi everybody, this is a fabulous Africa recipe
i will like to share with you. Its the Africa chicken stew. It will not be a bad idea to try it out someday.
Ingredients
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Roasting chicken, deboned and cut into bite size piece
1 teaspoon grounded black pepper
1 large diced potato
1 teaspon grounded cumin
1 teaspoon grounded coriander seed

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup peanut butter (unsalted)
about 15 ounce garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup of water
Directions
1. Using a large frying pan with a tight fitting lid, use medium heat to heat oil. Add chicken, and brown quickly. Remove chicken from pan and reduce heat to medium low. Add garlic, onion and potato to the pan, saute for 2 to 3 munites. Season with cumin, coriander, black pepper, red pepper and salt. Do not let garlic brown.
2. Mix in water and browned chicken, and any accumulate juices. Place lid on the frying pan and simmer, strirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Remove lid, and stir in the peanut butter and garbanzo beans. Make sure the peanut butter is blended in. Repace lid to simmer until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender. Remove from heat, adjust seasoning and serve................................................ENJOY!!!
